Winners Chapel International Barrie respects your privacy. This policy explains how our website, member services, and WCI Barrie mobile app handle personal information.

Information we collect

  • Contact and account information, such as your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and account identifiers.
  • Church participation information, such as membership, ministry roles, attendance, family links, and notification preferences.
  • Prayer requests, testimonies, WSF records, pastoral notes, and other information you choose to submit.
  • Photos or media you choose to upload, along with device notification tokens used to deliver alerts.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, provide church services and communications, manage permissions and church records, send requested notifications, respond to support requests, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Service providers

We use trusted providers—including Convex, Expo notification services, Google and Apple sign-in, email delivery services, and website hosting—to operate our services. They process information only as needed to provide those services on our behalf.

Security and retention

We use encrypted network connections and role-based access controls to protect personal information. We retain it only while needed for the purposes described here or to meet legitimate legal, security, and church-governance obligations.

Your account

Request account deletion

Email us from the address connected to your WCI Barrie account. After verifying the request, we will delete your account and associated personal information. Limited records may be retained when required for legal, security, or church-governance purposes, and we will explain any such retention when confirming the request.

Children

Our services are not directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided personal information can contact us to request its removal.
